Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,201 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position ?? Shift Night Shift – 3×12 hours 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (19:00–07:30) Works every other weekend Floats to HICU, BHU, and LTC Vent Unit Responsibilities HICU (ICU Step?down): Monitor unstable but not critical patients Manage vents, trachs, high?flow O? Care for complex medical patients (sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest) BHU (Brain Health Unit): Support neuro/medical patients with long stays Medication management & rehab coordination Assist with daily living activities and safety monitoring Burk 2 Vent Unit: Care for chronic ventilator?dependent patients Respond to vent alarms and perform airway management Provide long?term complex care and implement patient care plans Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS ??? Experience 2 years of experience required Previous Charge experience – Preferred LTAC experience – Preferred Trauma Level I experience – Preferred Teaching hospital experience – Preferred Certifications Required: BLS ACLS Charting System Cerner – Required Skills (not exhaustive; * marks preferred) LTAC / Unit Skills LTAC ICU* LTAC MS/Tele* LTAC MS* PCU Licensure Requirements Valid Maryland OR Compact RN license at time of submission Floating Must float within hospital: HICU, BHU, LTC Vent Unit
