Job Description Primary Care Physician Baltimore, MD We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team. This opportunity has opened due to a physician transition, and we are looking for a dedicated provider who shares our mission of improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. Compensation and Benefits - Annual Base Salary (New Graduate): $250,000 incentive Bonus - Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - PTO, CME - Short- & Long-Term Disability - Life Insurance – One year of base salary, paid by Sage Health - Malpractice coverage including Tail Practice Highlights: - On-site labs, EKG, and echocardiogram - Supported by a robust care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and community outreach specialists - Continuous professional training in value-based care Qualifications: - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Active or eligible Mississippi medical license MASC101
