Job Description Job Details: - Private Gastroenterology practice looking to grow - 9 locations throughout the Baltimore and DC area - 100% outpatient - Monday-Friday schedule - No nights - No call Compensation and Benefits - 480k base salary - RVU model; fully ramped GIs make $750k - $1mm - Sign on bonus - Great benefits - free health, dental, vision, and disability for GI and their family - Malpractice insurance - 25 days PTO/5 days CME per year - Partnership opportunity - 401k Requirements: - Unrestricted Maryland medical license - True board certification or board eligibility - Open to new grads and current Fellows
