Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Department. This role is
pivotal in providing top-tier nursing care for patients who are in
a critical, yet stable condition and require close monitoring and

care tailored to their specific needs. Monitor and record patient's
condition and document care provided Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians Educate patients and
families on treatment and care plans Supervise and direct nursing
staff and share best practices Coordinate with physicians and other
healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Ensure all
healthcare regulations and safety standards are met Assist in the
implementation of patient-centered interventions Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Ability to work well under pressure
and in emergency situations Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in DC, Maryland, or
Virginia Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
