The selected candidate will deliver exceptional at-home nursing services, maintaining our high standard of care and upholding our patient-first philosophy. This role requires weekend availability and offers a supportive work environment where patient care is paramount. Provide direct patient care in a home setting, ensuring comfort and quality. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on home health care strategies. Strong clinical skills in a home health setting Excellent patient assessment capability Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to manage time effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license applicable in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia CPR certified Driver's license and reliable transportation
