Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple units based on shifting needs, including medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency departments. Adapt to different nursing environments and quickly integrate with departmental teams to deliver consistent patient care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families about health conditions and provide guidance on post-hospital care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in continuous education to improve patient care and personal nursing skills. Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in various medical settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions Competence in providing nursing care and administering treatments Capacity to maintain detailed and accurate records Ability to work collaboratively in diverse healthcare environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
