Our doctors work in close collaboration with Mercy’s talented team of breast reconstruction surgeons to offer women a variety of advanced microsurgical breast reconstruction options following breast cancer surgery, including immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. The American College of Surgeons has designated The Hoffberger Breast Center at Mercy as an accredited breast center as part of its National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, which works to provide the most efficient and contemporary breast care using scientific evidence about what works best for patients.
