About this Job: MedStar Harbor Hospital Float Pool Summary Float
to a variety of units (Med Surg/Tele/Neuro/IMC/ICU and ED Boarders)
Pay based on working experience as a nurse plus hourly float pool
differential, night differential (X 12 hours), weekend
differential, hourly charge/preceptor pay. Fully benefitted
Waterfront location Magnet hospital Available Role: Full Time
Nights: three 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend Key
Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled,
compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of
needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving
patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns,
and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered
directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of

CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2 years of RN
experience required; at least 2 years of acute care RN experience
in Med Surg/Tele, IMC/PCU, CCU/ICU units strongly preferred. Active
MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for
Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
ACLS/NIHSS strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have worked
as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations. This
position has a hiring range of : USD $41.96 - USD $59.61 /Hr.
