Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Bel Air, MD Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,357 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager LCSW Profession: Social Services Specialty: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 3 years required; will accept first-time travelers with inpatient hospital/acute care experience License: LCSW or LCSW-C required Certifications: BLS preferred Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Active LCSW or LCSW-C license Description: The Case Manager LCSW is responsible for inpatient case management providing and coordinating medical home care. The role includes addressing placement and social issues. This position offers wrap-around services for safe discharges. The daily average census is 15 cases. Preferred experience includes community hospital experience and charting with EPIC. The work schedule is Monday through Friday. Weekends are not required, but opportunities for additional shifts are available. Candidates may be required to float between facilities as needed. Holidays may be required as scheduled. Business casual attire is expected. The ideal candidate will have skills in care coordination, discharge planning, and disease management. Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, CMS regulations, and CPT coding is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical for this role. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS
