Key Responsibilities of the Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist role: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain. Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for long-term wellness. Collaborate closely with physicians, PTAs, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
