In this position, you will deliver specialized gastroenterology services, including performing procedures and managing inpatient and outpatient care. You'll work closely with a dedicated support team and utilize modern electronic medical records to ensure seamless patient treatment. The role involves maintaining a balanced schedule with scheduled procedures, clinic time, and on-call duties, primarily supporting a hospital with 132 beds. Required Skills: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology - Valid PA medical license - DEA certification - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in gastroenterology - Proficiency with EPIC EMR system - Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with advanced procedures such as EUS or ERCP - Prior hospital-based practice experience - Additional certifications or training in advanced gastrointestinal techniques Preferred Education and Experience: - Medical Degree (MD or DO) - Residency and fellowship completed in Gastroenterology - At least 1 year of post-fellowship clinical practice Other Requirements: - Availability to start on May 10, 2026 - Ability to support two weeks of coverage per month - Willingness to participate in 24-hour call rotations and inpatient rounds - Valid PA license and DEA in good standing - Travel reimbursements and licensure support as applicable Compensation and Benefits: - Hourly pay rate of $391.70 - Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws - Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other qualifying expenses - Dedicated 24/7 team committed to supporting your success Seize this outstanding opportunity to advance your career in gastroenterology within a collaborative and supportive environment.
