Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered
Nurse Clinical Lead for our Labor and Delivery department. As part
of our faith-based organization, you will oversee patient care,
ensuring we continue to deliver compassionate and personalized
healthcare. You will be responsible for coordinating daily
operations, supervising and mentoring nursing staff, and
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement
patient-centered care plans. This role requires a blend of clinical
expertise and leadership, with a focus on maintaining high
standards of care and improving patient outcomes. Ascension values

embody these in your work. Candidates should have a Bachelor's
degree in Nursing, significant experience in labor and delivery,
and be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in {JOB-STATE}.
Preferred qualifications include certification in Obstetric Nursing
