Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Lead for our Labor and Delivery department. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising and mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient-centered care plans. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise and leadership, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and improving patient outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, significant experience in labor and delivery, and be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in {JOB-STATE}. Preferred qualifications include certification in Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB).
