Job Description Job Description About the Role Life and Light Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated Certified Medication Technicians to provide in-home support to clients, focusing on safe medication administration and basic caregiving tasks. This role requires travel to clients’ homes in the Baltimore area. Location 2700 Riggs Ave, Baltimore, MD Key Responsibilities - Administer medications per Maryland Board of Nursing guidelines - Accurately document medication administration - Observe, report, and record any changes in client condition - Assist with basic ADLs as needed - Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment - Communicate effectively with supervising nurses and office staff Qualifications - Active Maryland CMT certification (required) - Current CPR certification - Reliable personal transportation - Strong communication skills and professionalism - Home care or assisted living experience preferred, but not required Work Schedule - Monday through Sunday - Morning shift: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM (2 hours) - Evening shift: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (2 hours) - Total of 4 hours per day (split shifts) Why Work With Us - Flexible schedules that match your availability - Supportive agency leadership - Competitive pay with weekly payroll - Meaningful one-on-one care in the community Company Description At Life and Light Healthcare Services LLC, we understand the vital role nurses play in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.
