Range: $42,000 - $50,000 per year Experience Required: 2 years in
case management or human services About the Role: We are looking
for a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to manage service schedules,
case coordination, and staff assignments. This position ensures
that youth receive the best possible care and support. Key
Responsibilities: ?? Assign and manage 1:1 staff schedules. ?? Work
closely with caseworkers, caregivers, and behavioral staff. ?? Keep
accurate service records and reports. ?? Provide problem-solving
and service coordination. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human
Services, Social Work, or related field. 2 years of experience in
case management or youth services. Strong communication &
organizational skills. Familiarity with child welfare services and
