Our nurses have a variety advancement opportunities and possibilities for success.Candidate qualifications for the **New Graduate Registered Nurse** position on the **WICU** :1. Associate Degree candidates* from an accredited nursing program will be considered; provided they are either currently, or will shortly be enrolled in an accredited RN to BSN program. See note below *2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program preferred.3. Maintain active RN licensure in the state of Maryland4. No RN work experience required5. **Completion of** a **minimum of 120 hours in an Adult ICU senior practicum** (PACU and ED practicums not included)6.
