JOB TITLE: Customer Services Rep.

PAY RATE: $16.50/hour

SCHEDULE: 10:30am to 7pm Monday - Friday and 8:30am-5pm Saturday

• Will work 2 Saturdays a month, when works Saturdays will have 1 day off during the week DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
