Job Description:
Marriott International seeks a passionate and dedicated Guest
Service Expert to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in the

you will deliver exceptional guest services, embody our brand's
commitment to quality, and ensure guest satisfaction at every
touchpoint. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide a
memorable check-in and check-out experience Respond to guest
inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional
manner Offer detailed information regarding local areas, including
dining, entertainment, and events Coordinate with housekeeping and
maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and address any
guest needs or emergencies Process transactions and handle cash and
credit card operations securely Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of
hotel services, promotions, and events Ensure the lobby, front desk
area, and other public areas are kept clean and organized Support
team members to maintain a smooth workflow and high level of
service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency
in handling reservations software and phone systems Ability to
multitask and remain calm under pressure Excellent organizational
skills A strong sense of responsibility and a professional attitude
