Cordia Resources is supporting a client with a search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor in Baltimore, MD. - Job Description A client of Cordia Resources is currently seeking a professional, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team in the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. The individual will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment efforts which will include posting jobs, sourcing, screening all levels of professionals, and communicating with hiring managers. The individual will have a strong track record of proactively sourcing and attracting talent into a growing multi" -location organization. - Duties and Responsibilities - - - - Partners with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to determine hiring needs. - - - - Provides an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through the full-life cycle recruiting process from requisition creation through the employment offer stage for all areas of our business, including executive level positions. - - - - Provides candidate summaries, phone screen notes and resumes to hiring managers in a timely fashion (as discussed with Talent Acquisition team on a weekly basis). Escalates any difficult searches or challenges to the Director of Talent Acquisition. - - - - Extends/negotiates verbal offers (as appropriate). - - - - Identifies recruiting challenges and implements creative solutions to hiring concerns. - - - - Develops recruitment pipeline for specified positions. - - - - Monitors and maintains compliance with applicant tracking systems and other business requirements. - - - - Develops and maintain relationships internally and externally with various recruitment sources. - Desired Qualifications - - - - Minimum 7-10 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience - - - - Prior experience recruiting for/or within the financial services, investment management, or legal industry, strongly preferred - - - - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - - - - Experience successfully managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and hiring manager and candidate relationships across different departments - - - - Solid experience in attracting talent through social media, alumni and social networking, Boolean strings, direct / cold call sourcing, traditional and creative sourcing methods and targeted referrals - - - - Enjoy working within a dynamic, fast paced environment and ability to work under pressure - - - - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to liaise with colleagues to build strong relationships and work in a collaborative environment - - - - Proven analytical and problem solving abilities - - - - Strong time management and organizational skills - - - - Superior attention to detail - - - - Experience working with multiple recruiting platforms and within Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Taleo - - - - Knowledge of employment law and regulations as they related to Talent Acquisition - - - - Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time Compensation: - $90-115k plus bonus
