JOB SUMMARY: As part of the Marketing and Strategic Communications team, the Digital Communications Recruitment Coordinator serves as the liaison between the Marketing and Human Resources Department and develops a variety of HR (Human Resources) communications initiatives and content around recruitment and retention, with a strong emphasis on digital social marketing. In coordination with the director of Talent Acquisition executes the agreed upon marketing strategy for talent acquisition across the LifeBridge Health entities.REQUIREMENTS:Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized fieldBackground in digital employment communications3-5 years of experienceLocation: LifeBridge Health -- MARKETINGSchedule: Full-time, Day shift
