Position SummaryCatalent is looking to recruit a Recruiting Lead, University Recruiting to join our growing team.Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition (Americas), the Recruiting Lead, University Recruiting, will be responsible for building strategic partnership at the University level, to build our early talent pipeline. The Recruiting Lead, University Recruiting will be responsible for the programs strategic vision and planning, management, and execution of Catalents intern, co-op, and early talent recruiting programs including the recruiting and on-boarding process.In concert with Catalents Patient First philosophy, this role is paramount to ensure that we are passionate about hiring early talent to ignite our innovation and diversity of ideas. This role will help drive Catalents campus strategy across all businesses and university campus partnerships. We will also look to the Recruiting Lead, University Recruiting to develop an overall diverse pipeline of talent for various roles within Catalent.The Role

• Lead the University Recruiting Team for Catalent
• Develop and execute of Catalents diversity sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Work with partners at key schools to develop and assess the schools goals/objectives each year
• Source quality university candidates through a broad range of cost-effective techniques on and off campus
• Partner with schools and Catalent leaders to drive sponsorship and commitment to university program, including working with career placement services, campus organizations, in classroom activities, student mentoring relationships
• Analyze hiring statistics and data for recruiting trends
• Analyze target school to ensure programs align with Catalent site needs
• Other duties as assignedThe Candidate
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management) is required
  • Minimum 5+ years in University Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or related field
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Experience building and managing university & diversity recruiting programs preferred
