full-service freight forwarder whose philosophy is to ensure the

awareness. Priority Worldwide is seeking a responsible,
hardworking, experienced Recruiter to join our team. At the heart
of the position, this person will play a major role in enhancing
morale and productivity, limiting job turnover and help Priority
increase performance and business results. The Recruiter will be
responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding of
employees to fill roles within the company. This person is a
creative problem solver with a track record of implementing
innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent. A
friendly-professional attitude and teamwork are essential to
maintaining healthy staff relations and inter-office morale. This
person will work closely with staff and the management team to
ensure best practices within the talent acquisition trends and best
practices. Finally, as a member of this team, this person will
recognize that superior customer service at all times is compulsory
for all employees. Although the Recruiter will be working from our
Baltimore HQ station and, the role is global, and support may
include all Priority Worldwide offices.
Job Responsibilities: - Full life cycle recruiting activities for
identified branches for salaried and hourly positions. - Work with
hiring managers to recognize and fulfill recruiting needs. - Keep
abreast of available talent and candidates. - Manage job postings
internally and externally. - Develop and update job descriptions. -
Work with internal partners to promote the company as a desirable
place to work. - Stay up to date on talent acquisition trends and
best practices. - Create pipeline of candidates; through various
methods, internships, job fairs, ATS, etc. - Strong communication
and collaboration with hiring managers throughout the process to
ensure that we are providing the appropriate candidate slates. -
Coach first time manager and hiring manager on the appropriate ATS
hiring process. - Comfortable working in a hybrid environment where
you are evaluated by results and how you make those around you
better. - Assist in the creation and enhancements of interview
scorecards, interview guides, conducting virtual interviews and
