HireStrategy/Addison Group is looking for an HR Assistant for their client out in Gaithersburg, MD!Primary Responsibilities Participate in recruitment efforts Post job ads and organizing resumes and job applications Schedule job interviews and assisting in interview process Ensure background and reference checks are completed Maintain current HR files and databases Serve as a point person for all new employee questions Assist with benefits administration as needed Complete employment verification requests and other HR inquires as needed Provide administrative support to the HR department Qualifications 0 - 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Ability to work in a team environment "No task too small" mentality Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office
