Recently moving to a larger, state of the art space, SFI is looking
for dedicated account executives to join their Inside Sales Team.We
are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales
Representatives with a background in
Technology/IT/SoftwareCompetitive Salary Plus UNCAPPED Commission,
2 weeks paid vacation, PTO for 10 holidays, Ability to acquire
health, dental, vision and 401KSales Focus is in compliance with
the CDC rules and regulations. We have state of the art technology
that meets the requirements for CDC guidelines in our facility.Job
Responsibilities* You will be responsible for performing all phases
of the sales cycle: get past the gatekeeper, identify decision
makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, prepare quotes,
negotiate terms and close sales. * The successful candidate will
have persuasive communication skills and demonstrate a consultative
sales style in a high outbound call volume
atmosphere.Qualifications* Strong B2B sales background* Inside
Sales experience preferred* Ideally, this person has a strong sales
background in Technology* Data Mining Experience a PLUS* A passion
for technology and experienced in communicating with key decision
makers* The selected individual will be ambitious, outgoing,
self-motivated, positive, organized, good listener, strategic
thinker and persuasive.* Comfortable speaking with C Level
Executives* Experience working under the pressure of quota and
adapt to Sell the value of our clients services to executive
decision makers* Strong written/verbal communication skills are a
MUST* Strong experience using MS Office products: Outlook, Word,
and Excel, as well as CRM software (Salesforce)* Comfortable doing
virtual demonstrationsPerks* Base plus commissions, NO CAP ON
