We are seeking a Part Time/Weekends Mobile Crisis Specialist to join our frontline Mobile Response Stabilization team in Salisbury, MD. As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop treatment plans for clients in the community, and serve as the liaison for collaboration with involved parties, including families and community partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform on-scene assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
  • Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
  • Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
  • Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner. ---What You'll Get:

    • Smart, passionate, and engaged coworkers. What We Require:
      • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience.
      • Current licensure in the state of Maryland LBSW, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC or eligibility to become licensed (Sant-- will assist with fees or licensure transfer).
      • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
