a ServiceNow Developer to join our hardworking team, in an

- Configure, customize and use scripting to build and improve
ServiceNow applications including, but not limited to creation of
forms, workflows, service requests, ACLs, and email
notifications.
- Help plan and implement projects using technical insight and
knowledge.
- Perform root cause analysis and identify resolution of
issues.
- Collaborate with customers to understand, document and
translate requirements.
- Maintain and refine processes supporting efficient
operations.
- Research and deploy new releases and patches.
- Construct reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in
the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools and/or
processes.
- Train users and promote awareness of ServiceNow functionality
across the Lab.
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
- Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, another related field or have equivalent
years of related work experience.
- Have demonstrable understanding of the ServiceNow platform and
ITIL processes.
- Have 1+ year experience across three or more of the following
areas in ServiceNow: Incident Management, Change/Release
Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Asset Management,
Reports/Dashboards, Configuration Management.
- Have 1+ year experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Are familiar with various system development life cycle models
and hands-on experience with requirements collection and
analysis.
- Are an effective communicator with the ability to communicate
technical details to a diverse audience, and independently resolve
sophisticated problems using current job knowledge, research data,
and external resources.You'll go above and beyond our minimum

- Have experience with ServiceNow's mobile application
development.
- Have experience with web services integration (SOAP, REST, and
JSON).
- Are able to deliver or have previously delivered ServiceNow
training.
- Have experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT
related process workflows.
- Have vendor certification(s) for ServiceNow.
- Can obtain Secret level security clearance, if needed. If
selected and do not have the applicable clearance, you will be
subject to a government security clearance investigation and must
meet the requirements for access to classified information.Why work
