officially titled: CNO Developer. At ManTech, a Computer Network
Operations (CNO) Developer designs and develops technologies to
defend, attack and exploit computer networks. This esteemed
position supports a critical national security program held by
ManTech for over 15 years. If you have an interest in using your

Qualifications: --- Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
(Intelligence Agency) --- Proficiency with one (or more) of the
following programming languages: Python, C++, C, or Assembly ---
Desire to work in a hands-on, coding-heavy role where the primary
focus is to design and develop new bleeding edge software ---
Able/willing to work on-site from one of the following secure
office locations: Hanover, Maryland, Aurora, Colorado, San Antonio,
Texas Desired Qualifications: --- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer
Science --- Possess interests in Low-Level Programming, Hacking,
Reverse Engineering, Capability/Tool Development, Embedded
Development, Security Research, Penetration Testing, and Networking
Willingness to Learn and/or Experience Areas: --- Troubleshooting
and debugging --- Networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
--- Low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g.
Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices) --- Assembly programming
concepts (x86) --- Unit Tests --- Atlassian products (JIRA,
Confluence, Crucible) --- Penetration testing and analysis ---
Computer forensic analysis and data recovery --- Computer intrusion
detection and analysis --- Computer incident response --- Reverse
Engineering (Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binary Ninja) Position Benefits: ---
