Secure Our Nation, Ignite Your FutureManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our team in the Columbia and Hanover, MD area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Linux systems and infrastructure.Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Linux systems and infrastructure, including OS loading, patching, and configuration.
• Assess and mitigate system vulnerabilities, harden systems, and perform regression testing.
• Implement and administer virus scanning applications and shell scripting to improve system administration and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Linux systems with Windows-based systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Meet IAT Level II - Security+ (Sec+) or be able to secure Sec+ certification or higher.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Elastic (ELK) Stack configuration and user experience.
    • PowerShell scripting experience to improve system administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
