Job Description:

seeks a skilled Modernization Systems Engineer to join our
innovative Engineering & Architecture department. The candidate
will contribute to the research, design, development, integration,
and sustainance of sophisticated technology systems. This role is

Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements that align with
technological advancements and operational requirements Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to define system specifications and
integration processes Ensure compatibility and integration of
modernization initiatives with existing infrastructures Document
engineering processes, proposals, and outcomes to maintain high
standards of system integrity and security Conduct research to stay
abreast of latest trends in systems engineering and apply this
knowledge to ongoing projects Guide junior engineers, promoting an
atmosphere of learning and cooperation within the team Proficiency
in systems engineering software and tools Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication
abilities Knowledge of defense industry standards and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage projects
