Vantor, Inc., a leader in pioneering IT solutions in AI, data analytics, and cloud services, is looking for an experienced DHS Strategic Growth & Capture Lead to steer our expansion within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sector. This role is pivotal for someone aiming to influence national security enhancements through advanced technology solutions. You will drive the development and execution of winning strategies to secure government contracts, ensuring alignment with our cutting-edge technologies and services. This position involves strategic planning, extensive market analysis, coordination with cross-functional teams, and direct interaction with DHS officials to secure our presence as an essential service provider in aiding digital transformation and operational efficiency. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within DHS. Develop and implement effective capture strategies tailored to DHS requirements. Lead proposal development processes, including budget and timeline management. Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure offer alignment with client needs. Cultivate strong relationships with key DHS stakeholders and decision-makers. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in government regulations. Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis. Proven expertise in government contracting and procurement processes. Strong understanding of DHS mission objectives and operational procedures. Ability to manage large, complex sales cycles from business champion to the Secretary level. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or equivalent desired.
