Job Description Job Description Summary: Client isseeking a Senior Network Security Engineer. This resource will administersecurity technology systems by architecting and engineering/developing trustedsystems into secure systems. As a Senior Network Security Engineer, thisresource will be responsible for operating and maintaining thenetworksecurity infrastructure to support mission-critical operations. Oversee security infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, and advancedconfiguration of security tools (Palo Alto firewalls, F5 WAF, Illumio, Proofpointmail gateways, IDS, AWS, and other security tools). Required Experience: 10 years of IT experience. Recent 2-3 years of demonstrated experience with Palo Alto firewall. Recent 2 years of demonstrated experience with F5 WAF and or Illumio Micro segmentation. Demonstrated expertise in TCP/IP fundamentals, IP subnetting, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network management. Nice to have: Prior healthcare payer industry experience. Demonstrated experience with AWS security tools. Demonstrated experience with Proofpoint Gateway (Email Security). Demonstrated experience with Splunk and Palo Alto SOAR.
