Position Overview: As a NetSuite Administrator , you will be responsible for managing JSI NetSuite environment and leading our NetSuite continuous improvement efforts. The NetSuite Administrator will facilitate requirements across the business and finance stakeholders while delivering projects with high quality and timely execution. Responsibilities Serve as the go-to person for the NetSuite platform Lead efforts to integrate NetSuite with other corporate applications. Provide end-user support related to ‘saved searches’, configuration changes and troubleshooting issues Assist with system implementation, including data clean up and migration Provide ongoing support as the NetSuite Administrator Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify the best solutions. Manage the ‘demand management’ committee responsible for prioritizing improvements to NetSuite and related processes Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of requests. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and third-party applications that integrate with NetSuite. Manage outsourced developers to include requirements, QA/UAT, and deployment Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links. Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model. Responsible for change management process for ongoing/post-go-live configuration changes. Qualifications Required: Ten years of experience acting as a NetSuite Technical Administrator or NetSuite Consultant. NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred. Experience merging, managing, and maintaining data. Experience working with third-party vendors Experience with internal controls and operational best practices. Strong organization skills and verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Balance technical NetSuite skills with business acumen, strong communication skills and overall emotional intelligence. Preferred: Experience with an Engineering, Consulting or Professional Services company preferred. Experience with the integration of acquired companies is a plus. Location: Virtual, with option to work from our corporate or regional offices in the U.S. Occasional travel may be required. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary performance-based bonuses.
