Job Description:
At ManTech, we are dedicated to providing sophisticated

agencies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead in the
design, development, and implementation of complex software systems
ensuring alignment with national security mandates. Your work will
contribute directly to safeguarding our national interests and
technology infrastructure. Design, develop, and optimize robust and
secure software solutions that meet mission-critical standards.
Lead project teams through the full software development lifecycle.
Implement and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and
security. Collaborate with analysts and other stakeholders to
derive technical requirements. Oversee junior software engineers
and provide mentorship. Advanced proficiency in programming
languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar. Strong
understanding of secure coding practices and cybersecurity
measures. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker,
Kubernetes). Capability to lead development teams and manage
projects. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) AWS
Certified Solutions Architect or similar credentials
