Job Description:
As the Service Design and Engineering Director at ManTech, you
will lead strategic initiatives in designing and deploying robust
IT solutions to support national security missions. This role
involves working closely with the U.S. intelligence community, the
Department of Defense, and other federal agencies to ensure the
delivery of innovative, reliable, and secure services. You will
oversee a team of specialists in service design and engineering,
focusing on optimizing systems for operational excellence and
aligning our technology services with critical mission
requirements. Develop and implement strategic plans for service
design and system integration in alignment with organizational
goals. Manage a team of IT professionals to engineer and refine
technological solutions that meet security and functional
requirements. Liaise with stakeholders across national security
sectors to determine IT service expectations and deliver
accordingly. Ensure compliance with federal regulations concerning
cybersecurity and data protection. Monitor technology trends and
innovations to maintain competitive edge and align with
advancements. Strong leadership and team management Expertise in IT
service design and systems engineering Proven ability to manage
large-scale IT projects Deep understanding of cybersecurity and
compliance regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder
