Job Description:
At ManTech, a pioneering leader in mission-critical technology
solutions, we are seeking a Program Security Assistant to enhance
security protocols and enable the safe handling of sensitive
information across various national security programs. This role
requires an adept understanding of security policies and compliance
regulations specific to the intelligence community and defense
sectors. The ideal candidate will proficiently manage document
control systems, conduct security briefings, and participate in
security audits to ensure that our national security operations
maintain their confidentiality and integrity. Administer and
oversee document control systems to ensure the security of
classified and sensitive information. Conduct regular security
briefings and training sessions for staff to ensure compliance with
established protocols. Participate in security audits and risk
assessments, reporting findings to senior security officers. Assist
in the development and implementation of security measures and
contingency plans. Maintain communication with government agencies
to ensure compliance with federal security regulations. Proficiency
in security systems and document control. Strong understanding of
compliance and risk management. Ability to communicate effectively
in high-pressure situations. Experience with security software and
tools relevant to document control and information security.
Security Clearance (active or eligible to obtain) Certified
Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional
(PSP) preferred.
