ManTech, a leader in providing cutting-edge technologies for national security, seeks an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to safeguard critical information systems. This role involves implementing and managing security measures, ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity policies and protecting assets from cyber threats. The ISSO will be integral in maintaining the security posture of IT systems supporting the U.S. intelligence community and defense agencies. Develop, implement, and administer security policies and procedures. Ensure systems compliance with applicable government policies. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Respond to security incidents and breaches. Collaborate with IT staff to fortify security infrastructure. Prepare and maintain security documentation. Proficient in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF) Knowledge of federal security regulations (FISMA, FedRAMP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
