Opportunity: CACI is seeking a talented Operational Systems
Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. There are a wide range
of topics covered in this role. The contractor shall use advanced
technical skills to design, develop, enhance, and maintain new and
existing mission-focused software capabilities that directly
support operations. The contractor will work as an integrated
member of a cross-disciplinary team with flexibility to adapt
development requirements to frequently changing operational
scenarios in a fast-paced environment. The contractor will develop
scripts to prepare, process, package and deliver data from the
request stage to the post-operational phase for a high-impact

Responsibilities: Skilled in server-side scripting and software
development with flexibility to adapt to ever-evolving operational
and data driven requirements Use advanced technical skills to
design, develop, enhance, and maintain new and existing
mission-focused software capabilities that directly support
operations Develop scripts to prepare, process, package and deliver
data from the request stage to the post-operational phase for a
high-impact operation Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree
in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science,
Computer Engineering), with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in a
relevant technical field to the position Active TS/SCI clearance
with required polygraph 5 years’ experience developing scripts and
applications for Linux and familiarity with the Linux command-line
environment 5 years’ professional experience, with at least one
server-side programming/scripting language such as Perl, Python,
Bash scripting or Ruby Full lifecycle software development
experience Experience in automated software testing and debugging
Experience with configuring Linux servers Ability to research,
identify, and test technology products Familiarity with SQL queries
and database engines such as My SQL or PostgreSQL Strong initiative
– able to design and communicate solutions form state high level
objectives Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work
across organizational boundaries Flexibility – works well both
independently and within a team Detail oriented, organized, able to
multitask and adaptable to shifting requirements; eager to leave
Desired: Experience with penetration testing Familiarity with big
data solutions such as ELK (Elastic Search, LogStash, Kibana)
Experience with Web framework development tools and web
technologies Cybersecurity experience such as authentication
design, secure coding best practices 1-3 years of experience in

influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic
location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract
wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and
