As a leader in providing superior environments, Aramark is seeking a dedicated Custodial Services Worker to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our client institutions including universities, schools, and healthcare facilities. Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the buildings looking clean and professional. Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings. Cleans floors and rooms including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created. Supports and moves furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed. Notify managers regarding repairs or maintenance that needs to be done. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and tidy work environment at all times. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and conscientiousness. Capability to work efficiently without direct supervision. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Custodial technician certification beneficial but not mandatory.
