personal injury firm seeking a seeking a motivated and trial-driven
litigator who wants real courtroom exposure, meaningful cases, and
the autonomy to run files from filing through verdict or
settlement. If you’re tired of endless pre-suit files and want
depositions, motions, hearings, and jury trials , this role is for
you. What You’ll Do Handle personal injury cases from filing
through trial or settlement Take and defend depositions Argue
motions and appear at hearings and mediations Try cases in district
and circuit court Work closely with experts, clients, and support
staff What We’re Looking For Active Maryland law license (DC and/or
VA a plus) Comfortable in court and ready to try cases 5 years of
personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred Strong
negotiation, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage
deadlines and handle a caseload independently Client-focused
mindset with strong interpersonal skills Strong motion practice,
discovery, and advocacy skills Organized, decisive, and
