Job Description:
TransForce is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable CDL A
Regional Driver to join our team. As a leader in staffing for the
transportation sector, we connect top-quality drivers with

operations. Driving for TransForce means becoming part of a
supportive network, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and
timely service delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for
operating a truck to transport goods regionally, ensuring
compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a record of
your driving activities. Safely operate a tractor-trailer/truck to
complete regional deliveries Load, handle, and transport cargo with
care, ensuring all loads are secured Perform inspections before and
after trips and report any maintenance problems Comply with truck
driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies and
procedures Manage routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries
and optimize fuel use Maintain accurate logs of working hours and
vehicle service status Communicate effectively with dispatch
regularly to report conditions Represent TransForce as a front-line
contact with clients and maintain professionalism at all times
Strong driving skills with attention to safety Ability to manage
long hours on the road Effective communication skills Knowledge of
electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.) Ability
to handle physical workload, able to lift up to 50 pounds
comfortably Basic knowledge of truck maintenance Time management
