Job Description:

Zentech is seeking a skilled Class 3 Solderer to join our team, dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of soldering for applications that are vital in defense, aerospace, and medical industries. As a key player in our production line, you will be tasked with intricately soldering components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and conducting thorough inspections to meet the exacting standards required for high-reliability applications. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our products that are essential to mission-critical operations. Performs high-precision soldering of components on printed circuit boards following IPC Class 3 standards. Inspects solder joints and assemblies to ensure compliance with Zentech and industry specifications. Reads and interprets assembly instructions, production schedules, and schematics. Maintains a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety and quality guidelines. Collaborates with quality assurance teams to identify and rectify defects during the assembly process. Logs work performed and tracks materials used in production. Continuously seeks to improve soldering techniques and processes in line with emerging industry standards. Expertise in soldering with a deep understanding of IPC-A-610 standards for Class 3 products. Proficiency in using soldering irons and other hand tools. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics. Keen attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
