SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
NFD, Inc. is a commercial interior architectural design firm located just north of Baltimore in Hunt Valley, Maryland. With 40 years of experience, our firm has developed an expertise in planning commercial spaces, including corporate offices, retail, hospitality, educational, healthcare and assisted living facilities. We pride ourselves in being an asset to all our clients, guiding them through the design process and making their experience a successful one! The candidate should have the ability to be an independent designer, as well as, work on team projects. Demonstrating knowledge of all aspects of design and delegating duties as necessary. Senior Interior Designer Responsibilities:

• Experience and proficiency in all phases of design and coordination
• Exceptional client interaction and ability to guide client through design process
• Delegate to staff designers as necessary and coordinate throughout the project, providing excellent direction and guidance
• Review plans for accurate code compliance and design intent
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness on projects
• Manage multiple projects at one time successfully
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to provide the best client experience
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school preferred
  • NCIDQ or CID Professional preferred
  • Preferred 7 + years commercial interior design experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, Revit a plus
