Job Description:

The Role: Reporting to the VP Sales, your primary role will be generating sales by developing and prospecting your territory and working inbound sales leads. You will be responsible for managing law firm prospects through all stages of the sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to needs analysis, communicating our value proposition, presentation and demonstration of the product via web conference, articulating the ROI of the solution and finally closing the sale. Assembly Software offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions and built in accelerators. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving revenue growth to Law Firms within your assigned territory
• Provide live demonstrations to prospects via web conferencing
• Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
• Overcome customer objections by demonstrating negotiation skills and ability to sell benefits not features
• Maintain a strong level of knowledge about our products and services
• Maintain a strong understanding of assigned territory, legal vertical and competitor offerings
• Attend trade shows and in-market events.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• 10% travel requirement Required Skills: --- Successful sales experience in software, with a history of exceeding monthly quota's --- Experience running online web demo's and pitching value not features --- 3+ years of inside sales experience --- Excellent phone, written and verbal skills --- Excellent business development skills --- Well organized with efficient time and territory management skills --- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to exceeding sales objectives --- Knowledge of sales metrics and history of exceeding core KPI's --- Experience using a CRM (ideally salesforce.com) --- Highly proficient using MS365 products
