Job Description:
Description:Closes residential loans according to credit union
and investor lending policies and state and federal regulations;
and closes all types of mortgage loan transactions including SWBC,
FNMA and Freddie Mac, ensuring all legal documents are properly
executed and collateral are appropriately secured. Reviews and
prepares closing documentation on approved and processed
residential mortgage loans in accordance with underwriting
conditions and SWBC policies. Consults with title companies,
borrowers, attorneys, realtors and /or other external business
partners. Independently and proactively resolves problems under
time constraints. Accurately reviews data gathered prior to and
post-closing. Stays abreast of internal lending policies,
practices, guidelines, lending systems and products. Accurately
records data in Loan Origination System.Skills:Mortgage, Closing,

Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalency. Encompass strong
plus Minimum five (5) years of Mortgage banking, loan closing, or
related experience. Working knowledge of mortgage loans and/or loan
