Eligible for $15/hr.* Description:The Customer Service and Support Specialist is a key member of the back office support team for Automated Traffic Safety Enforcement programs. Working in a small team and reporting to the Program Support manager, the individual provides a variety of customer service and clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering telephone calls from the public, verifying violation images, validating vehicle information, processing payments, scheduling hearings, entering information, managing documents and maintaining accounts in general. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Minimum of 30-35 words per minute typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
