Description:This team is responsible for working on a production line. This line specifically is called their lamination line which this team will be responsible for adding the adhesive to the rollers. After the panel is made they create a small tin that can have different things on it like textures. This sheet has to have adhesive added to then stick to the tiles. The small tins (panels) goes through the heater, then comes to the rollers where the adhesive is added. This is where our contractor will be. The contractor will push the tins through the rollers and make sure the adhesive is added. Afterwards they will clean the rollers in their soap chips areas that uses special cleaning products to get everything off the rollers. This job requires a lot of paying attention to the process. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6AM-4:40PM - most Fridays called in from 6AM-2PM and some Saturdays 6AM-12PM. They will also we responsible for cleaning their areas or warehouse, taking out trash, etc. They are looking for people who do not need to be told what to do. If the production line is down they will be asking to move tiles (50 pound), help clean of cement trenches (this is where the cement run off goes so it does not go outside the facility), and other manual labor jobs.
