Client Support Specialist (Remote)

Job Description:

  • Process inbound calls through the Client Support Line
  • Provide customers, brokers, and vendors with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure
  • Renew customer agreements for commercial and industrial natural gas, electricity, mobile fueling, and propane product lines
  • Record all customer activities in CRM
  • Complete all agreements, paperwork, and procedures involved in the sales process
  • Gather and maintain accurate and detailed customer information according to company procedures
  • Maintain customer, broker, and vendor contact frequency within prescribed guidelines
  • Read, understand, and adhere to the provisions of the Risk Management Policy and Procedures Manual
  • Attend sales meetings and participate in trade shows and other business-related events
  • Maintain professional environment for customers and team members
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the Lead Account Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation
  • Proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, and email
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Able to develop customer proposals, sales, and profit assumptions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a motor vehicle and capacity to travel
