Position Overview

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational HR support to a business unit or function. You will work hands-on to deliver results for the business/functional groups and be a trusted partner to the business.

Job Description


  • Prepare for and facilitate new hire orientation.

  • Provide HR support for time and attendance system.

  • Maintain employee files and bulletin boards/compliance postings.

  • Assist and execute on HR programs and reporting that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit (turnover, engagement and culture, succession planning/workforce planning).

  • Support, execute and be first POC for HR initiatives including ERC liaison, LOA/ADA administration, unemployment claim administration, talent management, training, performance management.

  • Coordinate HR and Company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance and retention (e.g., company surveys, community events, recognition).

  • Support and execute employee relations investigations, initial intake and case logging.

  • Monday-Friday; Dayshift along with some nightshift hours.


  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)


  • Specialized Knowledge : Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws & regulations

  • Special Skills : Strong internal and external customer service focus. Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality

Years Of Experience

  • 1-2 : Human Resources experience preferred
