Overview:

The Financial Reporting Manager for Global Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the Global Services Accounting Department. This involves: supervising and developing the two staff accountants both technically and professionally, performing high-level analysis on all areas in the monthly financial statements, and responsibility for the timely and accurate monthly closing process.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Accountants (2).
  • Full responsibility of the general ledger month-end close and presentation of the balance sheet and income statement results to the Controller.
  • Review and analyze balance sheet accounts & bank reconciliations with staff monthly.
  • Prepare financial data for the Preliminary and Year-end Audits.
  • Work with Operational Leadership to understand the Global Services business in order to provide analysis reporting and the tie in between operations and the financials.

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Accounting or Finance degree.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • 5+ years general ledger exp
