We Are Hiring! Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland is hiring for a Full time Patient Care Technician to work as a valued member of our care team in our Emergency Department.

Schedule: Full time working 36 hours every week; Evening shift; with some weekends & holidays

Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.

• Aid with movement and placement of patients.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Document necessary records.
• Keep patient room clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
• Perform emergency department specific care/duties as assigned within scope of job.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
