Job Detail:Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator for
small service-based businesses with an emphasis on individual real
estate agents.
Fusion Growth Partners is looking to add to our growing team an
additional Partnership Executive. A Partnership Executive functions
as "business advisor" for the businesses that he or she invests in
on behalf of Fusion for a share of revenue.
The income potential is typically $70,000 annually starting out, as
a "book of business" is developed and can realistically grow to
$250,000 annually and beyond, within the first two years. We are
only looking for amazing talented individuals who have the ability
to help us grow and to represent Fusion at the highest levels of
professionalism.
A successful candidate will be able to offer through our company
significant business resources to real estate agents and other
small service based businesses who are interested in dramatically
expanding their business. These resources include, but are not
limited to, thousands of dollars of business building systems and
processes and the staff to operate those business systems-all
provided as an investment.
Fusion is primarily compensated with a small share of the revenue.
We invest in businesses that most investors ignore and we have a
tremendous success track record. We also do not know of any direct
competitors in this space and feel as if we are creating a new
category of business. We consider ourselves a "Investment As A
Service" business similar, but different to a SAAS business. We
have roughly 50 employees currently and are growing very quickly.
We need additional "Talent" to enter into untouched markets.
Job Description:The two main responsibilities of this position are
business development / investment acquisition and managing
partnership accounts and relationships as an advisor to their
business.The purpose of our Partnership Development Executive is to
"build" a book of business of high-quality partners and then to be
fanatically obsessed with success and business growth of each and
every one of the partners you serve. The Partnership Development
Executive, as an executive, is totally responsible for the
experience of the client. Fusion provides a team of individuals to
work on the client's behalf but the PDE must push for success. Real
estate agents and other small businesses join us for the purpose of
scaling their businesses and it is the job of PDE to make sure that
happens.
Partnership Executive two main functions Investment / Partner
AcquisitionThe Partnership Development Executive purpose to qualify
potential business candidates, provide detailed explanation to
potential partners HOW we invest and only if the candidate has a
high desire to engage with Fusion - then the Executive helps
structures the "deal" It is a little bit like Shark Tank, but very
different as well. . It is our practice to present our services
personally to a potential partner to ensure full comprehension and
interaction with that partner.
Business AdvisorWhen we invest into one of these small businesses,
part of your job is to function as a "board member" or trusted
advisor to the business owner to encouraging best practices and to
fully adoption of our systems to ensure the likelihood of their
success.Successful candidates for this position will be trained
extensively on our business plan template, business philosophies
and business systems/processes. We provide a very specific process
and system unique in the business world.
The Purpose of our Company:
Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and micro venture
capital company. When we partner with a business owner, we invest
heavily into their small business and help them to significantly
grow their clientele and build a true business or company.
We accomplish this by providing sophisticated business planning,
complete systems and processes and the use of our trained staff to
run those systems. As far as we know, we are the only company in
the country that currently offers these services and is compensated
in a way which conveniently accommodates the cash flow challenges
of a real estate agent.

Our ideal candidate is a polished professional with highly
effective communication skills, who is very persuasive but not
"salesy", does not shy away from difficult conversations and
attacks problems or issues head on. A successful candidate must be
able to present ideas and concepts with confidence and assurance.
That candidate must be able to work with very strong-willed people
and be able to show them a different perspective, which they will
embrace over time. Experience in the residential real estate
industry is helpful but not necessary or required.Position
